LabelBatch printing guide
How to create sequential QR labels
Sequential labels are useful when the spreadsheet already holds the source data but every printed item also needs a new unique batch identifier.
Choose a stable prefix
Use a short prefix that identifies the project or label family, not a temporary printer or employee name.
Set the start and padding
Record the next approved number and choose enough padding for predictable sorting, such as BOX-0042 instead of BOX-42.
Build the QR payload
Combine the generated {{sequence}} with a URL or other fixed namespace. Preview the final payload rather than the raw template.
Preserve the assignment
Keep the source CSV, sequence settings, exported PDF and receipt together so a later batch does not reuse the same identifier range.
